Hello! My name is
. I am the author of the book "
After I wrote the book, I devoted myself to studying human behaviour more profoundly and my desire to help more people to feel good and to enjoy life.
I graduated from a foreign language high school with a profile in French and English. I continued my higher education in European Studies, then I studied Law. I worked in the United States, and after I returned I have worked as a hotel receptionist for four years. I have worked for an agricultural company for about 10 years. This year I left my job and now I will devote myself to training in the area that excites me. I am currently completing a course in neuro-linguistic programming and I will begin my preparation for the legal capacity exam.
I have two wonderful children, twins - a boy and a girl. I have described my experience with panic attacks in details in my book. The first stressful situation hit me in a car while I was driving. Shortness of breath, dizziness, tightness in the chest, trembling, sweating. I couldn't react because I didn't know what was happening. Rather, I petrified that something bad would happen to me any moment. I thought I was dying or going crazy. Since that incident, my "suffering" and the subsequent "awakening" from the trap of the fear began.
Everything that happens to us is a reaction to our thoughts and perceptions of the world. Most of the beliefs we have are imposed on us subconsciously by the people we interact with, and the environment in which we live. We do choose how to react to the challenges we face. Whether to surrender and wait for someone or something to help us, or to gather strength and to prove that we can. We are stronger than we suppose, but some people choose to become victims of circumstances. Don't be a victim. You are the master of your life! It is your responsibility how you live it. The choice is also individual - to enjoy, explore and discover new things or to wait, to complain, to waste your precious time tormenting. Everything is reversible and not eternal. Be brave! Make your days meaningful. Life is given to us to make progress, there is no point in wasting it standing still. Love gives strength when everything looks hopeless.
