The Di Camillo family has baked authentic Italian bread and pastries in upstate New York since 1920. The first deliveries were made by horse-drawn wagons, and while those are no longer in use, you can still get the company's signature focaccia delivered right to your door. Baked fresh using classic ingredients and the secret family recipe, the tender bread is rolled by hand and topped with tomato sauce and ripe cherry tomatoes. It's seasoned with oregano, basil and a dash of salt, then baked to a delicately crisp, golden finish. Rich, savory and flavorful, the focaccia makes a delicious complement to charcuterie and cheese, salad, pasta and roasts.
