Raised on the Isle of Agnih, Laya is a survivor. When her sister goes missing she begins to learn what it takes to save herself and her loved ones. Within the fight, she begins to question the world she was raised in and her part in it. When the new forge apprentice, Kayden strikes up a friendship with her, she begins to realize that maybe she is fighting the wrong way for her people. Four islands are separated by shimmering seas, each with its own unique culture. All four islands were once a part of the Clockwork Realm (a once unified land mass that was broken apart 240 years prior.) Each island is governed by different Elementals specializing in either Fire, Earth, Water, or Air. Each island is limited to its element, and because of this, they have started relying on the "Tinkers" or the humans without elemental powers to help with service on the islands. Cities are powered by intricate clockwork mechanisms helped by specific elements. A world where magic and machinery intertwine. WELCOME TO THE FRACTURED CLOCKWORK ISLES
