Trader Joe’s Vegetable Dumplings are made for us by a supplier in Vietnam, who carefully fills each beautifully ornate, floral-shaped wrapper with a well-seasoned mix of veggies that include chives, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and cabbage.

At home, these veritably vegan Vegetable Dumplings take only a few minutes in the steamer, microwave, or stovetop before they’re perfectly plump and ready to eat.
