Humans feel emotions from the moment they're born. As children, we don't immediately know how to define, express, or cope with those feelings.
When I Feel
teaches children about their feelings and provides examples of ways to cope. It invites children to explore emotions and recognize when they're feeling brave or worried or anything in between.
Learning that everyone has emotions, and everyone has to learn to cope opens a much-needed conversation between children and the adults in their lives and provides a safe space for them to ask questions and express concerns.
