With the debut of Trader Joe’s White Queso Dip, we’re finally three for three!

Our Queso starts with tangy white cheddar—it’s 50% of the recipe, in fact! We mix in cream for extra richness, plus sea salt and onion for savory aromatics. Mild red & green bell peppers add a touch of sweetness (and festive red & green speckles throughout), while diced jalapeños lend a just-right amount of heat.
