This book is conceived from the letters of Will Reimer, one of the few Montanans to serve in the Spanish American War. Will Reimer served in the US cavalry and was assigned to Cuba while writing letters to his wife Hedwig. A letter describing his experience on San Juan Hill, Santiago is included. My husband Don Graham wrote the book, and my grandson Chase Graham served as editor. I work as a graphic/website designer and took on the opportunity to create this book from stories preserved and written by my grandpa.
