- Our rich and peppery sauce provides a savory French-style finishing touch to grilled or roasted beef. Made with slow-simmered beef stock and demi-glace – as well as mirepoix – it recreates the flavor of pan juices left behind after cooking steak, combined with vegetable stock and herbs, then thickened with cream and highlighted with brandy. Simply heat and serve.
