This premium Italian duo – neatly stacked for convenience – is crafted by the family-owned Borgo de Medici in Tuscany. The cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil has classic fruity characteristics, while the intense and aromatic balsamic is the genuine article from Modena. Combine both condiments with Parmesan and mustard to make a creamy balsamic vinaigrette. Drizzle the olive oil on cooked pasta, and drizzle the balsamic on strawberries to add depth and dimension.
