- Our potlatch seasoning is inspired by the natural botanicals Pacific Northwest Indians once used to prepare salmon for their ceremonial feasts. We added a fresh twist by combining tangy lemon and savory garlic with fragrant turmeric and cardamom. Ideal with salmon, the rub is also delicious on pork, chicken and vegetables.
