The traditional Italian tool for placing pizzas, flatbreads and calzones into an extremely hot oven, our "shovel" peel is crafted from blond alder. Along with a work surface large enough for a 14" pie, it has a smooth, beveled edge that slides beneath cooked foods for easy removal without scratching the oven or pizza stone.
