• Since 1812, Woodford Reserve has crafted some of Kentucky's finest bourbon, aging it in oak barrels for exceptional flavor. That's why we chose it for our custom-blended rub. Created in partnership with Woodford Reserve, it showcases finely ground Safai Coffee beans from Antigua, Guatemala. The rub is balanced by paprika, sea salt, chile powder and a hint of demerara sugar, and expertly smoked over barrel wood by Bourbon Barrel Foods in Louisville. Use it to perk up everything from beef, pork and chicken to vegetables, fish and tofu with savory, smoky complexity.
