Join us for a rooftop HIIT workout with Basecamp Fitness as our Sweat Series at The Summit continues.

 

Sweat Series is a complimentary community fitness event hosted on the 2nd Monday of every month. Invite your friends, open to all ages and join us for a fun workout!

About Basecamp Fitness:
 
Basecamp Fitness holds 35-minute HIIT workouts that incorporate both cardio and strength training to create the perfect formula for burning 400-600 calories per session.
 
Every class is led by a high-energy, certified coach. Our coaches are there to help create an individualized workout experience by providing appropriate modifications and challenges when necessary.
 
Our goal is to build a stronger 205 by introducing the community to the most inclusive and positive workout studio around.
