Let’s have some fun with this Halloween – themed Cookie decorating workshop at The Summit on October 10 with Flying Squirrel Cookies!

No previous decorating skills necessary – just a desire for an upbeat and enjoyable time learning something new. Each participant will learn the basics of cookie decorating including icing consistencies, basic outlining, flooding, and easy techniques to create a lovely design.
Express your dreams and hopes in this fun collage class at Paper Source! Follow creative prompts to hand-make colorful, optimistic cards using papers, stamps and stickers and more. When class is over you will have a bundle of notes to share with friends and family.
Join artist Natalie Zoghby at The Summit on Thursday, November 29th from 6:30-8:00 PM for her abstract holiday painting class. Follow along as Natalie creates a beautiful piece of art or create something of your own design!
For each class, Natalie creates a new abstract painting to be used as an example. This time she will feature a Christmas tree with gold leaf. She will walk you through the process of creating your own original abstract painting. Offering helpful tips and tricks along the way.
The class includes all supplies needed. Complimentary refreshments provided.
Want to impress friends at potlucks or spring parties? Bring pie! Learn how to make an all-butter pie dough that’s impossibly flaky. Add raspberry peach filling and learn how to create a decorative top crust. Then, assemble your pie and take it home to bake. Led by the women of House Peace, a Birmingham-based home organization company, you will make priorities, boundaries, and a plan to prepare for the upcoming holiday season at this workshop located at The Summit! You will also have the opportunity to consult about one of your spaces (bring pics!) with one of the House Peace partners.
