Bring a yoga mat and take this 45 minute class with Bham Barre at Athleta.
Join us for a special Pop-Up class held inside Altheta at The Summit! Class will be our signature Classic Barre class which is full body workout founded on the technique of dance, the mind body connection of yoga, and the core integration of pilates. Bham Barre will bring you a fun mix of a classic barre class, cardio, and tabata, and it will definitely be a great workout!
This class is great for all levels and needs zero barre experience!

Introduce your child to the art of lettering!
This 4 week after-school session is designed for elementary school students to learn cursive and develop their own personal handwriting. At each 1 1/2-hr period, kids will spend time practicing their letters and try out their skills with weekly craft projects.
Every Thursday from 10/3 to 10/24.
