The Cooks Standard 12" Multi-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Fry Pan with Dome Lid is made of 2 layers of stainless steel and an aluminum core along the base and walls. The aluminum core allows for heat to be distributed evenly/quickly without hot spots. Stainless steel polished exterior and interior for durability, appearance, and easy cleaning. Riveted handles are comfortable for tossing and stay cool with a V-shape attached to the base. Large size for multipurpose use: sautéing, frying, braising, and more. Flat and wide bottom for even spreading and curved sides for pouring. The dome lid fits securely to keep in heat/moisture and allows for steaming.
