From observing the life of Malcolm X and reading the "The Autobiography of Malcolm X," I have developed personal and professional principles that have positively, productively, and profitably impacted my life. After covering various topics in leadership and business, I see the connections that Brother Malcolm taught through his words. In the movie "X," watching Denzel portray Malcolm the father was significant to me in that it was a view of a black man as a father on TV. Despite his work and the troubles of the day, he remained a committed and diligent "Family Guy."
