The City of St. Petersburg is a living and breathing place, filled with its own cast of characters. This account concerns itself with two such individuals, an ex-convict who never had an interest in crime and a disaffected chaplain with a complicated history. When these two are met with an enigmatic Man in a Black Frock Coat, their lives are altered in a way that neither could have predicted.
