Ex-military officer Connor Connolly (Kevin Dillon) gets himself in trouble and watches his wife get kidnapped by a local crime syndicate. In order to rescue her, he must pay two million dollars within the next twelve hours. Without the available funds, Connolly must put together a team and find the money.
