In , author Marty Z. Khan explores the challenges and conflicts the senior university leaders in Florida and South Africa faced while implementing these policies. Using a qualitative methodology and focused interviews with senior leaders at two universities in Florida and South Africa, this book highlights unique ways of implementing a policy with which one may or may not agree. This study is an important resource for policy makers, senior leaders, educational administrators, university leaders, and graduate and undergraduate students who have an interest in broadening access to higher education for those who have been traditionally discriminated against. Furthermore, undergraduate and graduate students who have a keen interest about issues of access to higher education will find this book useful.
