WHY WE LOVE IT

• A favorite dish in the Middle East, kibbe are savory spheres of ground meat rolled in seasoned bulgur wheat. Ours are hand made from scratch using traditional recipes, hearty beef and chicken, and classic spices. We paired them with a zesty zhug sauce for dipping.
