- Our Simply White finish is applied by hand in child-safe, water-based paint that provides durability, depth of color and richness to each piece of furniture.
- Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew.
- Drawer features English dovetail joinery and waxed wooden glides that ensure smooth motion. Sturdy half-moon safety stop keeps drawer securely in place.

- Loft features beautiful detailing including built-in desk with 2 drawers, 1 full-length fixed mirror, built-in dresser with 4 drawers and 4 fixed shelves (for twin bed) and 6 fixed shelves (for full size bed) above the dresser.
- Includes guardrails for the loft bed and a solid wood fixed ladder with four rungs. Ladder cannot be repositioned.
- All our lofts are expertly engineered for safety and to fit most spaces with 8' ceilings.
- Desk unit and dresser with open shelving unit are accessible from both sides.
- Desk unit and dresser with open shelving unit can be configured to face outward (outside the loft space) or inward (inside the loft space.
- We recommend using a bunk bed mattress (sold separately) which will fit the upper bunk. Do not use a boxspring on the loft.
