Brother and sister duo Kevin (Logan Allen) and Holly (Lola Sultan) befriend a lost dolphin they named Bernie. When their dolphin friend suddenly goes missing, they go on an adventure to find him and, in the process, uncover a scheme that would threaten their favorite beach and Bernie's home.
