These handmade potato chips offer the sophistication of a cheese pairing yet require no refrigeration. Each flavor is crafted to pair with a specific wine, from light whites to full-bodied reds. Produced in small batches in Southern California, the savory snacks are made from locally grown potatoes and premium cheese sourced mostly from Wisconsin dairy farms. The potatoes are lattice cut into slices much thicker than the average chip for a satisfying crunch. This collection includes three of our favorite varieties. Each one arrives in a portable tube and makes a great hostess gift.
