California Chardonnay is a class of wine unto itself. It was with this in mind that we approached one of our trusted winery partners with a question—just how far to one side of the spectrum can we swing with a Chardonnay? We all love oaky-buttery Chards, so what if we made the oakiest-butteriest Chard possible?
