Starting with a classic, velvety Alfredo made with savory grated Pecorino Romano and Grana Padano, our supplier then adds real pieces of black summer truffle to complete this captivatingly comfy recipe — just enough to evoke the earthy, umami aspect of truffle without overpowering the sauce’s creaminess.
