The story is about Callie, a sunflower sea star. Sunflower sea stars are among the largest sea stars in the world and are sadly on the critically endangered list. Callie has learned in her sea school that they are endangered and she is frightened. Her mother tried to explain to her and sibilings what this means for their family. This little story is to bring awarness to the world that we need to take better care of our planet
