Er komplettiert mit ingesamt 276 Katalognummern im wesentlichen den Textilbestand des Museums, der gesichert der Sammlung des Kanonikus Franz Bock (Aachen) zuzuschreiben und mit einiger Wahrscheinlichkeit nach Achmim (Panopolis) zu verorten ist. Das behandelte Konvolut umfasst bis auf wenige Ausnahmen jene Textilien, deren Purpur- und Buntwirkereien rein ornamentalen Dekor aufweisen bzw. bei figurlichen Motiven sich ausschliesslich auf Tiermotive beschranken.
