We proudly share this penchant for the pickle profile’s alluringly herby aromatics and refreshing, briny tartness, so whenever the opportunity to bring in more pickle-powered products pops up, we pursue it. Our latest entry into the pickle pantheon, for instance, is Trader Joe’s Dill-icious Seasoned Cold-Smoked Salmon. Taking a cue from the Scandinavian dish gravlax, this pleasantly-pickle-y Smoked Salmon is seasoned with our very own, decidedly dill-forward Seasoning in a Pickle Seasoning Blend, giving every bite the tantalizingly tangy tinge of a classic, deli counter pickle.
