Gang leader Royce Tollis (Clint James) is a notorious killer, hunting down the twelve jurors who condemned his brother to death. The last person on his list is Isaac Ackerman, the jury foreman. After killing him, he kidnaps his teenage daughter, Ruth (Anna Harr), and escapes with her.
