Emotional embuffination is the process of making you emotionally buff. It's a method to develop emotional fitness in a way that will help you overcome any kind of conflict. It's about dealing with and overcoming the negative emotions that arise when things aren't going how you want them to. This work is the product of my journey through suicidal depression, my background in psychology, and my work as a family law attorney. Family law involves divorces and child custody work—where conflict and negative emotions are plentiful and intense.
