To remove existing lipstick bullet: Twist and lift cylindrical lipstick bullet out from square base. To secure lipstick refill: Insert cylindrical lipstick refill in square base. A subtle “click” sound assures the refill is locked into place. To use: Apply once for an exquisite wash of color or continue to build coverage and amplify the color impact of this long-lasting lipstick.
