Instant Insalata Caprese, no cheese slicing required. Each package contains 16 ounces of Fresh Mozzarella, crafted with milk from cows – primarily from Idaho’s fertile Treasure Valley – not treated with rBST. The cheese is mild and milky and fresh-tasting, as a good Fresh Mozzarella should always be.
