Trader Joe’s Fully Cooked Uncured Bacon is one the handiest products to keep in your fridge. Sometimes you want bacon, but you don’t really want to cook bacon, with the time that can entail. If a package of Fully Cooked Uncured Bacon is there waiting for you, you can have your bacon and eat it, too. Far from the “bacon” bits of old, this is apple wood smoked bacon that’s fully cooked, packaged and refrigerated, so it’s ready to heat (very quickly) and eat. As if bacon really needed to be more appealing… yet this really does make it more appealing! Each 3.25 ounce package of Fully Cooked Uncured Bacon contains 15 cooked slices of bacon – the equivalent of about 12 ounces of uncooked bacon. And ours is a thicker cut than most, which results in rich, full flavor in every slice.
