This sketchbook was intentionally designed without any color. Color is a personal experience, much like any struggle, change, or loss. It aims to guide its artist through a gently structured process meant to bring healing. In addition to other therapeutic techniques, it includes journaling and sketching prompts to encourage self-expression and bring positive change. The artist will find amble space throughout its pages to journal, sketch, and process at any time in any way. Basic components of cognitive behavioral therapy (often referred to as CBT) and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) framework are worked into the pages to foster healing.
