The training objectives of this course are: 1. To establish the New Testament mandate to make disciples. 2. To determine the different phases, seasons and levels of New Testament, scriptural discipleship. 3. To distinguish the difference between discipling, mentoring and spiritual parenting. 4. To demonstrate the importance of generational discipleship. 5. To provide proper procedures of conduct in discipling and mentoring relationships. 6. To learn how to participate with God as He forms the character of Jesus Christ within us and through us into the lives of others. 7. To understand the requirements of security issues in the discipling relationship. 8. To recognize the desperate need for the revealing of the Father to the hearts of others by the Holy Spirit. 9. To understand the importance of plurality of leadership. 10.To know what do to when the relationship ceases to function in a God-honoring manner?
