Kayla Harwell has a long history in New York City. The women in the family also have a dark history. Many of them have been diagnosed with and have been treated for breast cancer. Kayla has lost a cousin and her grandmother to the terrible disease. So, when Kayla finds a lump in her breast just before her best friend, Alexa Marcum's wedding, she is completely shaken. Help, however, comes from an unlikely source, NYPD detective, Orlando Barticelli.Orlando Barticelli is a self-proclaimed bachelor, wearing the nickname, Man-Whore, given by his friends, like he wears the detective shield around his neck, proudly.
