Jacktown the city of cities! Out of towners come to the city of Jackson, Mississippi and think they can takeover, then soon realize that this city is big in killing, jacking and everything else Gutta'. Ant and Damon are two small time goons in Jackson trying to make it to the big leagues. They meet their dream plug or is it their worst nightmare when they hook up with a dirty cop.
