Jacob has been captured by the Kingdom of Terrasole and declared a traitor. Enyo and Fellis arrive in Alyssium, the capital city where Queen Alice's palace, Avant Heim, is located. It is also where Jacob is being kept under lock and key. In order to save Jacob, they must find a way into Avant Heim, but with Lust roaming around, the White Council creating political unrest, and a host of other problems, their task might be insurmountable.
