Candy is dandy—even in costume form. Secured by comfy, adjustable shoulder straps, the delectable foam design is adorned with hot-pink sequins in a swirling pinwheel pattern and wrapped in bow-tied, iridescent organza. A matching headband and battery-operated lights enhance the shimmering effect.

- Batteries are located inside of the white switch. The switch inside of wearer right side (requires 2 CR2302 batteries; not included).
- Headband is made of iridescent foil organza with a pink foil spandex fabric on the base part of headband.

- Costume is yarn-dyed – fibers are treated individually with environmentally safe dyes before weaving to offer vibrant, lasting colors.
