Adorned with sparkly velvet ribbons that recall their favorite toppings, tiers of fluffy organza pair with a cone-shaped, pink-tulle headband. Battery-operated lights give off an ethereal glow, while a Velcro opening in the back ensures easy on/off.

- Costume is made of 100% yarn-dyed nylon organza with a jersey fabric under the organza.
- Reverses to 100% yarn-dyed polyester taffeta.
- Appliqués feature sparkly velvet ribbons.
- Fill is made of 100% polyurethane foam.
- This unique costume lights up with 19 warm LED lights around the outside of costume, which is a fun addition that keeps them visible at night.
- Batteries are located inside of the white switch. The switch inside of wearer right side (requires 2 CR2302 batteries; not included).
- Headband has pink tulle with a velvet cone.
- Cone is filled with polyester.
- Headband features felt underneath.
- Costume is yarn-dyed – fibers are treated individually with environmentally safe dyes before weaving to offer vibrant, lasting colors.
