This is a book for future elementary school teachers or anyone working with juveniles. It covers all the main genres of literature (picture books, fairy tales, theater, fiction) and all grade levels (k-9). It is based on the author’s 20 years’ experience as professor, having taught over 2,000 future school teachers. It is also combined with author’s 20+ years’ experience working with incarcerated juveniles, teaching teachers how to recognize children “at risk” and re-direct their criminal track.
