Unmān, the supra level of human consciousness, is a significant contribution of Nāth-yogis, particularly of GorakhNāth, to the Indian intellectual tradition. The main aim of this work is to review and analyze the psychological and neuroscientific works of literature in the field of MBSR studies to understand consciousness at the intersection of modern psychology and eastern traditions, especially the Haṭhayoga School.
