This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 7 International Conference on Nature of Computation and Communication, ICTCC 2021, held in October 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 17 revised full papers presented were carefully selected from 43 submissions.
