The jail trade or women's hostel, college hostel or hotel, railway station or bus station, roadside dhaba, line hotel or girl's home, women's housing house has established its roots in all places. So sex workers have license even but these licensees are many times more non-licensee and hi fi sex workers than sex workers. The government and society should seriously consider the problems which the author has highlighted through his book "Patita". There should be comprehensive reform efforts otherwise the culture of this country will be on the verge of destruction.
