Phantasy - Phantasy is a novel of sex, drugs, soul and rock n' roll in the 1960's and early 1970's that details the turbulent life's journey of Jerry as he leads a double life as a respectable middle-class social worker by day and, at night, acts out his fantasies in a progression of turbulent relationships, playing in the 1960's as the only white musician in a soul band, spiraling downward in a succession of calamitous relationships. National events including the Cuban Missile Crisis, the assassination of President Kennedy, The Viet Nam War, Civil Rights activism, rock and soul music and drugs and sex in San Francisco Bay in the 1960's, and his dysfunctional family background affect Jerry's epic story.
