The PressuHer project began as a form of therapy. I was journaling my thoughts and feelings as I worked my way from grief to growth. In doing so, I unearthed so much that had been buried. How do I suppress it again? I simply could not. The seasons of constantly fighting for light, love and my life showed me I could not cave under Pressuher. I had to become Pressuher and apply it as if my life depended on it...because it did.
