Prayer is so easy. It merely consists of making contact with our Heavenly Father to worship and praise Him though His Word. As we worship Him in spirit and in truth, then the storehouse of Heaven is opened up to us. While at His throne, we often forget that there is someone else, somewhere who has a similar need.
