HOW TO USE
- Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil doesn't automatically retract, and too much exposure to air can dry it out.)
- Line eyes.
- Use smudging tool on opposite end to get desired effect.
- Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance.
- Recap securely to protect from drying out.
