After enjoying it for years, I finally realized it provides the perfect platform to practice reading comprehension. As a test prep coach, I realize many of the passages in tests are, um... boring! Pick a rad woman, read the passage, and then answer the corresponding questions in this book. You can check your answers in the back. Reading comprehension is a component in the ISEE, SSAT, HSPT, SAT, ACT, GRE and a myriad of other fun and exciting standardized tests. There are certain types of questions you see over and over and practice actually helps. Some of the questions are straight-forward and some are awkward and annoying.
